Stove and Lantern

Knife /axe, lead into proper fire preparation, match to fire lighting.

Knots and lashings. (For this one I suggest we have a relay, we will need a stick, a can, a bucket, and some good lashings to hold it all together)

Now we need more activities /events for the youth to do. Any ideas?

OOS, as always they will be needed and would appreciate any ideas that they have.

Groups, who is interested? How many in your group?

Who can offer to help or co-ordinate meals for the groups?

We need to know this soon, may order crests for the camp, that kind of stuff is time sensitive. I would have been sooner to send this info out, unfortunately, I just received confirmation that we could use the Thomson lake facility.

I have chatted with quite a few of you already, I tried the Facebook chat group, and found it to be of no use! So let’s do it this way thank you.

We will need a couple of people dedicated to the food prep and cooking .Any volunteers? We will have an area that has a covered 3-sided structure with running water and electric coolers. We will need a couple big camp stoves and good cook ware. The rest is easy.
