Registration Fee: $40.00 for each youth and adult. Meals included. Cheques should be made payable to St. Timothy’s 49th Scouting Group. Please bring your pie irons. This is more than just pie filling and bread!! Waffles, French Toast, Monte Cristos, Denvers, Hotdogs, Cheeseburgers…The sky is the limit. Send your favorite recipe with your registration and you may see it as a feature item!


Equipment needed



2 water jugs for each troop

Pie irons

Mess kits


Campsites: Please plan on sleeping outside. Arrive between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. November 2st confirm your registration and set-up camp. There will be a meeting at 8:30 p.m. for youth and leaders. Mug-up will follow the meeting. Dress for outside. This is an outdoor camp.


Planned Activities: Fun!!

Program planning and menu planning will be started at Arrowhead Camp, Echo Provincial Park for Venturers.

Closing: Sunday, after Scout’s Own (full uniform). Departure for home planned for 10 a.m.

Limited spaces available!

Participants will be accepted on first come, first serve basis.
