Gone Home: Dave Lee

Dave was an instrumental member of Campanoe challenge, he completed the program, taught canoeing, and like so many parent leader's, he introduced both Caron's boys, Jared and Jeremy to the family of Campanoe. Jared even came back with his own daughter, Jasmin for a few years in her youth.

Gone Home: Ross Cowan

"Ross was a bright spirit, and an absolute joy to have at Campanoe. Ross was one of the cooks before Bev and Debbie entered our kitchen. I was a young CL when Ross attended camp and those summers were filled with laughter, I have never knew working in a kitchen could be so much fun. Everyone wondered why mopping the floor on a nightly basis was a necessity.

Camp Seeonee Work Weekend is coming up soon! Saturday April 22 and Sunday April 23, mark your calendars. We need lots of help to get all the jobs on the list done. We have some must do renovations as well as lots and lots of brush clearing!

The woodbins need filling, and the woodbin fairies are all busy that weekend so if you want some firewood to burn at your next camp come out and help, or else plan on collecting firewood as an activity at your next camp.
