The Purpose of the Jungle Camp is to:

- introduce and promote the Cub Program

- introduce the Jungle Theme to Whitetail Beavers

- ensure the smooth transition from Beavers to Cubs by:

-meeting and becoming comfortable with new scouters while in the company of familiar ones

- learning what they can expect from the Cub program

- getting a jump start on earning badges

- having tons of fun!!!!

Jungle Camp is for Whitetail Beavers and their Trackers. The purpose is to introduce the Beavers to the Cub program and get them familiar with and excited about the Jungle Theme. And of course - to have tons of FUN!!! They will sleep in cabins at the amazing Camp Seeonee just outside of Saskatoon. Registration is by group - and needs to have Scouters, Whitetail Beavers (3rd years) and one tracker (2nd year Cub) from the group.

The Purpose of the Jungle Camp is to:

The woodbins need filling, and the woodbin fairies are all busy that weekend so if you want some firewood to burn at your next camp come out and help, or else plan on collecting firewood as an activity at your next camp.

Our fearless popcorn coordinators, Ron and Bev Creelman are going to be running a popcorn information session this Saturday at 9 am at Resurrection Lutheran Church for anyone who wants more information on this year’s campaign. It will be about an hour and a half, and will cover the details of the campaign, the changes to the Trails End system, and the Council Prizes for top sellers. If you missed the Popcorn session at the Prairie Heartland Kickoff weekend, and want more information, come on out and learn what popcorn is all about!
